IBA needs to clear the decks and start turning ideas into profits - the tidy up of the register and optus solution will go a long way to seeing a resurection in this stock - unless a corporate raider looks at the cash at hand and the emergance of both profits and a clear direction and buys out the minorities. Very illiquid stock listed at $1. due to liquidity may hit these levels as further positions are taken.
