Big volume after close.
Given 173m shares changed hands today, we can take from this that there are a significant number of buyers for this stock at levels that many thought was inflated due to a heavily discounted entitlement offer.
This demand at close should brood well for tomorrow and many of my team are starting to show some real interest in this stock. To those holders who may have stretched themselves in the entitlement offer, I think the stretch will be very worthwhile and rather than pay CGT on any gains I would hold this for at least 12 months to one remove any CGT issues that you would have on the short term trade and secondly to allow revals and some real growth in the stock.
