    Makes sense, never really thought about that being a hurdle.

    Mind you, by Europe I assume he means Western Europe. EMH is based in the Czech Republic and it seems they are pretty intent on building a carbonate refinery there.

    As you say, starting with spod to China short term, hydroxide long term seems to be what the board is angling towards.
