Actually the key is productivity not more money , but Labour has never understood this part of the equation , Labours mantra is more money less work , . Also you obviously have never run a small business but penalty rates are not the answer ,Education gets enough money but the problem is the standard of education just keeps falling ever wonder why ? maybe if we actually asked the teachers to teach it might be a start ( called productivity )
