I don't think Tesla needs to achieve 100% market share. Just the transportation sector is a $10 trillion USD market per year. If Tesla could be 10% of that, their value would sky rocket to 100 times what is currently. And this is not their only market, they are also in the energy sector with household, business and grid scale solutions (solar roof tops, power wall, mega pack, etc.), they are in the chip sector, they are in the mining sector now, and they are a leader in AI. Anyone who thinks that they are a car company only makes a huge mistake.
