Just worth pointing out this is a deal with Northern Ireland (part of Great Britian) and not the Republic of Ireland, where the Central Bank of Ireland is. Two different countries, which historically hate each other. I wouldn't infer anything on the CBI issue based on this deal, other than it shows governments still have confidence in their product
I am holder, so this isn't downramping.
