I'm envious of you guys getting in at $1.00
I got in at 1.62 (avg) today, and I think I got a bargin. 10% divi and once they pay off their debt in Dec 2012 the divi will be 12-13%. Contracts are in place till 2014 so this is a sure thing!
But you guys are getting a 16% divi now, and potential of 20% from 2013. Good work! Next time give me a heads up!
