Following my post yesterday, and Roscoes's question, I looked up the AQD website, in the Corporate Governance section. Under Guidelines for Dealing in Securities it says options may be exercised at any time unless the employee is in possession of price sensitive information. This is unusual, I should have checked, but I got it wrong. Looks like the poor guy missed out due to the timing of the deal. Still concerned as to why it is taking 10 days..
