Appointment of Managing Director

GSF Corporation Limited (ASX: GSF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Hugh
Callaghan as Managing Director of the Company with immediate effect.
• Founding Managing Director of Riversdale Mining Ltd (ASX : RIV)
• Significant African mining and resources experience
• Previous Senior Commercial roles with Rio Tinto and Xstrata
Mr Callaghan was the founding Managing Director of Riversdale Mining Ltd, responsible for
transforming the company from a virtual “cash box” into a successful mid tier mining
company. This included the acquisition of several key African coal projects including the
Zululand Anthracite mine from BHP Billiton in 2005 and coal tenements in the Tete province in
Mozambique in 2006. The Tete project is now recognised as a world class project with a multi
billion tonne coal resource.
Mr Callaghan has recently relocated to Perth from London and has experience in the
identification, acquisition and development of African mineral projects. Mr Callaghan was
also responsible for implementing a successful broad based Black Economic Empowerment
(BEE) structure and strategy at Riversdale. Prior to his role at Riversdale, Mr Callaghan held
senior commercial roles with Xstrata, Rio Tinto and Gold Fields of South Africa. Mr Callaghan
recently served as CEO of ASX listed Tamaya Resources Ltd, which developed a copper
mining and development portfolio in Chile.
Mr Callaghan holds Bachelor degrees in Commerce and Law from Rhodes University, South
Africa, and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Cape Town.
With Mr Callaghan’s significant experience in project acquisition and development his
appointment is seen as an important step forward for the Company as it continues to work
with its advisers Starvale to secure a suitable project for the Company.
With Mr Callaghan’s appointment to the Board, Mrs Nadine Donovan resigns from the Board
effective today.
