    Whats' that go to do with the COMEX market?

    Your going off tangent.. the CDS market was only played by large players in an unregulated market.

    The COMEX market is fully regulated with a clearing house.

    They'll cover their shorts if they won't be able to deliver...why would they risk being sent to jail..COMEX is a regulated market.
