It's a hard market to read. Whilst they are still looking for people, IT turnover means that is nearly always true for a consulting business.
That said, for a business with no debt over their head, they are getting smashed in the market, even relative to competitors.
Surely they'd be a target for somebody soon. .58 seems very cheap.
