    The 1 for 4 non-renounceable offer, made available to existing investors until 31 July 2009 is priced at
    $0.51 cents per unit (a discount of 46% to the current unit price).

    What am I missing here, the SP has not been near $0.51 for ages let alone $0.92 odd cents they talk about here.
