Once upon a time I held more than 600,000 Arrow Energy shares...

Once upon a time I held more than 600,000 Arrow Energy shares that I had picked up at roughly 20c ea. One sunny day my sister and her banker hubby came to visit. A couple of days after her berating me for being such an idiot and taking stupid risks I sold the Arrow shares for (I think) about 80-90c each. Within 2 years Arrow was at $4.

In 2008 I was fully invested in IGR. I mean every cent I ever had was in one company. IGR went from > 70c to about 8c and I held on for the entire downward spiral convinced that it would stop.

Do I still think about those things? Sometimes, but I find it is better to focus on the positives instead of wondering about what could have been.

I'm not too worried about the hedge. We are going in the right direction people.
