Hi all, I have not been on hot copper for some time but I have 200,000 BLO and have
been watching Huinga very very closely.

Today's announcement is very good especially when read alongside the newspaper announcement. First the operators are not surprised by the initial difficulties in getting the oil to flow. Comments over the last few days that fractured reservoirs are frequently put into production in Australia, that they are running pipe and that they know how to solve the problems are all good news. But
the kickers are that not only do they think
that oil will flow at 700 bopd from the Kapuni but that they expect a higher rate of production from the Murihuku. (Remember that conventional wisdom is that the Kapuni is full of gas and in this well sweet crude has been hit).

I expect that the market is so scared by Wall Street that results will be ignored until
a resource estimate is published. Remember that there are still some risks
with this well but it lloks good to me.
