Despite the positive spin put on things by PCL et al., the oil ain't in the hand yet! Possibly when (if) they announce more encouraging and actual flow rates, along with estimates of recoverables, things will pick up. And don't forget the BLO factor! They are the operator, and that should scare anyone.
