I believe it's still a hold as they need to see increase in customer numbers.....which has been around the 2.5m-2.7m mark for a while .........
they shoul dtap into the 10m Virgin customers, give everyone Bundle $1k limit complementary as a perk of Virgin membership and that way 10m customers signed up in no time taking total to 12.7m......
They have beeb a slow bunch.
