HC legends, I had some questions, thoughts and hence my quest for this forum-

Legacy business-> Disposition, Disposal or Demerge or other options etc...

Again and again, we hear the the LEGACY BuSINESS is stopping HUMM to realise its real potential as a true bnpl and perhaps keeps the debt/equity ratio very high in comparison to other fintech, and thus does not justify the current low Market Cap ( equating to low Share Price).

There have been some rumors in the past that Pepper Money or others perhaps intends to take over the legacy business for $300m, but it's been a while and we have not seen any action.

Is there any progress from HUM/ Pepper on this or this is not moving ahead?
Is there any other interest from any other player?
Is this still HUMM's plan to get rid off or do something about it?

If HUMM is not able to dispose, why not progress with a DEMERGERof this leacy business which is still profit making but difficult to grow. This still should be able to pay dividend and not impact HUMM from growing. Share holders looking for regular income will be happy!!!!

Some recent examples (if deemed fit) like the AGL demerger AGL and ACCEL, ILUKA or others etc may be applicable here too!!!!
