I CANNOT believe that the HUMM BOD's are about to hand over to a lazy wanna be BNPL company. We SH have been expecting ALOT more than just a BS LOW BALL OFFER.
My personal opinion is this is just a ploy to create interest and boost the share price and shake loose the low ball maggots. BOQ, gone may return with a better offer, Latitude will also be batted down and despatched by the end of the month when we get a tantalizing update.
Analysts now are factoring in a $100 Million PROFIT each year from 23-24-25, and you want to bail NOW for $335M ARE YOU @#$#%^%$#$^ SERIOUS!!!
Everyone please grab hold of your Y fronts and just chill, enjoy the show, cause this only chapter 1 and we have a long way to go.
The INSIDER SH's are in at much higher level, you think it will sit well with them to accept this RIDICULOUS offer?
Look at the trading today, LATITUDE has more to gain in this TAKEOVER/merger. The platform has been laid for international expansion.
