HUM LFS offer much too low, page-2

I dont believe they think the Commercial snd leasing is worth 665 M.

They shopped it for 300 M less than 18 months ago, to my knowledge offers were less than 280. Market is significantly underscoring the value of the existing business on the basis this year goes through.

my tip is humm will see this latitude deal as good synergies for holders, but the price needs to go up of the offer...

As for the standalone Humm business thsts up to the market decide.... for some reason humm business has been undervalued. I would think its 100 M cash plus 10 x on the earnings.... market doesn't see that at present....

This will be one of many deals to come..... Latitude will feel they are in a strong position, i suspect AA is circling for private equity bid.
