Seems like a cheeky lowball offer to me.
I will wait for the 1H22 business updates, from both companies, to land on a final decision. But, I am very strongly leaning towards not supporting it at this stage. The one bit I like is the offer of scrip; I just wish it wasn't in Latitude - with its almost constantly declining share price since listing. Personally, I would have preferred BOQ (or any bank).
I hate the employment offer to our board members. It sets off my conflict of interest alarms. They should be excluded from any vote on the issue/offer.
