    Im just wondering if giving to the end of January whether Co is shopping itself around and hoping to garnish interest.
    Also note that the Co released some of its financials by end of Jan last year, so will be in a good position to know where it sits financially.

    Certainly a great deal for Latitude- and if it does go ahead it may be the turn around in SP that LFS need.
    This might prompt them to up the offer- because if the deal with Humm falls through- it’s share price will receive a big hit!
