I agree on this one.
Though, I say that; having the opportunity to develop further insight towards introspection in order to fulfil some form of spiritual identity, does require time away from work, since work obstructs your capacity to develop discipline towards a set goal. So, I say, work (apart from survival in society)
Isn't healthy.
