Because without it the mine would have closed in a coupla years ...loss of jobs and state rev.
Rio won't get the big Shove , but the boot .
Why ? For 16 years it has provided NO jobs, NO state rev. If noone else was interested ...no big deal....

Caz (and BHp) are absolutely commited to as fast track as possible Shova Development.....i.e. jobs and state rev(public interest ).....now we have a state gov's attention. My opinion anyway..as they all are at this stage
