    The Australian, in stardust's post , said the human shields wanted to be placed around essential services, such as power, water, food, etc, but the Iraqi's wanted them near more "sensitive" locations.

    The account I read last week said the human shields wanted to deploy around schools and hospitals, but the Iraqi's wanted them near water, electricity, etc.

    The subtle difference in the 2 versions should be evident to a super_hero such as yourself, LA.
