Feel free to find where I have called it a bubble. All I have mentioned is what is being reported widely in the media, and my reservations that when the word bubble is thrown around as much as it has been for the past 12 months that its a warning sign. That is all.

Unemployment figures just came out ..... up to a higher than expected 6% making it the worst in about a decade and the dollar fell straight after. Rise again in part time employment which won't support income growth. Interesting times ahead, but those numbers don't help the case for property I am afraid.
