Those unemployment figures have been predicted for quite a while . In fact , the most recent slightly lower figures ( 5.8% ) had been a surprise to the market .

I think the estimate was that unemployment was to go 6.1 - 6.2 % later in the year and then trend down into 2015 . I'm not sure where that prediction was from but I remember that it was the official expectation by the government .

It's one key factor that I'm following .

As to the dollar dropping , I think there's possibly a net employment gain eventually if the dollar drops into the eighties . An agricultural investor such as yourself would obviously be aware of this ...
