Disagree. Employment provides income. Income services mortgages and rents. Property is fully priced for now, wages growth will need to occur to drive it higher and that won't happen as the workforce moves to more part time participation and more households going back to single incomes. There is no shortage of vacant houses where I live and I dont know of any zero vacancy rate postcodes elsewhere. Sounds good in theory but reality is relying on immigration to drive property prices from here is dangerous.
