it's hardly manipulation, this is just the easiest stock to short because mgmt keeps making the same mistakes over and over and customer service + social media representation is simply shocking. try chatting to a zip customer service rep and then chat to a humm customer service rep, observe the difference. No one at humm seems to be able to type a cohesive response or answer any question logically. I'm still holding this and think it's undervalued but wow do we have a long way to go.
