You want the market to agree with you.
Your want the market to justify your opinion by pushing up the share price. So effectively you are a 'trader' rather than an 'investor'.
Your 'validation' of position requires the share price to correlate to your positioning, which will then validate your logic for being in this stock.
No offence but you are better off being in afterpay than humm.
A position in humn effectively means an a position as an investor, since as a 'trader' there is no way I would be hum.
But both trader and investor can make money, but they must understand both themselves and the market.
Buffett never gave to hoots about market pricing.
