If you go to HTTPS://www.productreview.com.au/listings/humm, you will find that humm's current rating is 2.3/5 from 460 reviews. Afterpay rates 4.2, ZIP 4.0 and OpenPay 3.6. In a very competitive market, this is not good. It seems to be plagued with problems, with a lot of users having a very negative experience.
I know users often only provide a review when they have a bad experience, but still, the comparative numbers are damning.
We need to do better, and be quick about it!
