yeh look i get that....but AA's campaign destroyed a deal that was worth substantially more to shareholders than its current market cap.
if at a future date (ie over the ensuing years) he was to take it private at a much lower value than what was on offer from LFS that would make a class action feasible.......how could that be defended....it could point to some real issues for AA
