Humm was just damaged goods from latitude deal. Appears this could be used as a comparison as the valuation of the commerical arm which is in excessive of 1.5 B book.
Easily should be worth $400-500 M maybe if the price does not even reflect a good chunk of that sale price. Maybe splitting the businesses in the futute may actually be a better result. I remember over 12 months ago Scot Pac took a look but maybe they lobbed a low ball offer not sure if anyone had insight into what happened ?
