A search of New Moonie. Based in Sydney and N Sydney, founded 24/4/2015 - done nothing. The important director (and ultimate shareholder of this $100 company, I guess through another entity) is a certain Allan Stuart Campbell of Bellevue Hill, a long time ally and sometime business colleague of guess who? His claim to fame was losing squillions on a venture known as AJ Lucas (a few years ago) one that his business colleague used to promo vigorously. He went into hibernation. New Moonie seems to have no assets and no apparent means to raise $4 M to invest at 22 cents/share or any other lesser amount, unless those funds were to come from an ally. What baffles most is that the offer price of 22 cents was (and still is) out of the market. Maybe somebody was trying to run the stock up a bit or maybe they 'honestly' believed that there is a good deal on the horizon - and that hasn't yet come to fruition. If the business colleague of Campbell has money to invest, he could have done what he said he would do and buy on market at 18 cents. But then, GSL would not have found funds to survive - and that is the case now. Is it possible that there has been one play too many or is there another tricky up the sleeve to keep us all hanging in there.
Finally, the auditors are scared - not a very warm report. What do they know about New Moonie? Why did GSL call an immediate suspension on release of the half year report - what was left unsaid?
