    Wesfarmers is an Australian monopoly. They own CSBP and will not be impressed if some upstart comes along and ruins their monopolistic revenues. Wesfarmers just sold their insurance division for approx $1 bill, news articles over last two months talking up wesfarmers needing to spend their war chest on an acquisition.....

    Of course this is just speculation
