Roman slave ship, propelled by 2 rows of 50 slaves, chained to the oars, rowing their hearts out, with slave master patrolling the aisle to keep slackers "enthusiastic".
Suddenly, one of the slaves clutches his chest, and dies on the spot.
The slave master releases him from the chains and has the body thrown overboard.
With that he walks up and down the aisle, giving each slave a taste of the lash.
"You all know what to do now" he yells.
With that, all the slaves lean back, and urinate in the air.
"what is this all about?" asks a newly arrived slave.
"well" says an old hand, " after someone dies, we always have a whip around and a piss up!"
