at risk of sounding ramp-ish, PRR is extremely thin above 19.5c - apart from the most relevant ultra high volume bar right behind us, there's no resistance or volume to speak of until 30c ...
the three highest volume bars are concentrated in the 28-33c price range.. IMO this could, maybe, go a little bunta if / when it starts gathering a little pace above 19.5c, I'd have a target of high 20's... 50% aint shabby :)
