They aren't strapped for cash. They have offloaded this asset because it is diminishing in production levels and its better to offload now rather than wait until it is producing nothing not be able to sell it and have to pay for its plugging and abandonment. The buyer assumes Petsecs plugging and abandonment obligations into the bargain. I think it is a great deal and a wise commercial decision.
