I am not a holder in CVI, nor have I held in the past. I am interested to buy some shares, in the expectation that there will be a positive announcement in the future, and an uplift to the current sp.
I have been reading the CVI threads for some months, and they mirror my experience in a similarly run company, TMR (currently suspended). I only say this to ensure all, that I have my EYES WIDE OPEN.
I was looking through the CVI website, and went straight to the PWC Valuation Report. I use to work for them a long time ago. Normally, such reports contain all sorts of caveats covering valuation premises, there are non. I could not see any of the normal disclaimers and signing by the Partner responsible for the report, nor any indication as to which PWC office had carried out the work.
If anyone can shed any light on this I would much appreciate. Also, what was the purpose of Caplin analyst team?
