    You have not provided any example of systemic corruption. What you have shown is a couple of dodgy local councillors picked up by the system.

    In other words it's not a corrupt system as you allege. You allege that there is a government wide conspiracy to keep immigration numnbers high so that the government mates can profit by 40x times increase in land values.

    Your McGurk smoking gun is all smoke, no gun. Your Wollongong example shows the system works.
