You really are making some silly allegations, bongo. You asked for a concrete example of systemic corruption so I gave you one. Now you want to change the definition.

No bongo, the whole council got sacked. That makes it definitively systemic in that instance.

Nonsense bongo. My contention is that immigration is a major driver for land rezonings. I make no claim about how much profit gets made; that would be specific for each rezoning. Corruption is more about opportunity, not government wide involvement. Immigration provides the opportunity, that is all.
