if there is a hung jury.... and it's looking likely thats the case....the defendant remains innocent ... and there should not be a retrial.... DPP should earn his $800k per annum and end the matter there... like they should have done when the initial investigation by federal police turned up zero evidence beyond individual uncorroborated statements ....
