IMO the DPP should never have taken this to trial....but now that they have on such feeble evidence from both parties....why force a result...if there is legitimate inability to form a definitive asnwer
would seem wrong to keep trying different jury's until there is an outcome one way or another...
it's inconclusive and without any guilty finding it stands to reason the initial presumption of innocent stands ....ie "innocent until proven guilty"
