Kora was plan C. Plan A was (and still is) Senegal.
Discraceful goings on with the decree. The government of Senegal is apparently very keen to see some drilling action, but their delays hardly make for a business-friendly environment.
Putting aside the possibility that it really just is a slow bureaucratic process, I wonder if we have a Mexican standoff where the Gov. of Senegal is saying "show us the drilling plans and you can have your renewal", and peotential drill partners are saying "show us the renewal and we'll work on the drilling plans". This is pure speculation, of course...
You're right though - some news or a statement of direction would be lovely about now. I'm sick of trying to make decisions in an informational vacuum.
