Or perhaps the Government is waiting for AP to drill in the adjacent block early next year. If a success then the value of the blocks goes up significantly and Wade adds to his Mr 15% reputation (increased from Mr 10% so he is on the up and up). If a failure then FAR can have them for $5 million.
Growing cynical about this elusive decree. Have learned my lesson and will avoid investments in the future that hang on one signature. But hope springs eternal so happy to be proved wrong,
