Big in Japan
03 December 2013, Budapest Times
Prime Minister Viktor Orbán said during his visit to Tokyo last week that he and his Japanese counterpart, Shinzo Abe, want to strengthen cooperation in energy, trade and investment, and set up a “working holiday” program between the two countries. The two leaders reaffirmed their commitment to seeking an early conclusion to ongoing free trade negotiations between the European Union and Japan. With more than 130 Japanese companies operating in Hungary, including a subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corp., Orbán and Abe noted in a statement that the Japanese investments will have a positive effect on the two countries’ growth prospects.
The plans to strengthen energy cooperation comes at a time when Hungary wants to expand the Paks nuclear power plant by adding new reactors, with Tokyo aiming to use the potential exports of nuclear infrastructure to help rejuvenate its economy.
Exellent news for our Mecsek Hills Uranium Project.
2.6c looks a bargain basement price based just on the Uranium asset alone, which holds one of the largest uranium deposits in Europe.
Best wishes
