I agree asx. They need to pay enough to tempt a seller. At this stage though now that we know who it is the process will take some time and surely can;t belong before we get a bid. The register will tighten as they squeeze out the holders slowly but surely. That could also mean a higher price for the remainder of the shares.

I would also expect a a more friendly approach by VPE otherwise if it ends up hostile then they won;t get the prize especially as we are a JV.
