Hi Knowing the procedures to obtain a Duck Shooters Licence I would doubt that this kid would have completed all the tests. I guess that he was just out with dad learning the ropes. I he indeed fired the shot I think that his father should be severley reprimanded. I have been a duck shooter for most of my life but decided that Opening Morning was not worth the hassle . I now go and get A Duck when it suits me DYOR Cheers Towie
