One of their major holders topping up in a big way. They must be responsible for almost all the buying that has been going on lately. Their is a distinct lack of sellers under 20c now so hopefully we will see a big move once they announce production has begun next month. Seems like the embargo going against Iranian oil could be a big help for PVE too. Exciting times ahead!
