Looking at the numbers on CDR it is a highly risky play as it could fall into administration.You need to bear this in mind if you buy the shares.I don't see a high price coming for a takeover as all the cards are for the buyers who will want to maximise the situation.CDR has a lot of debt and will run out of options.Good luck to holders.
