As I said before, they were not finished with their accumulation, I wonder if they are now but I doubt it. If any doubters do not see this as a positive, I don't know what it will be apart from p3 results.

I admire how patient they are at building a stake. Once it reaches 10% it becomes a blocking stake or a maneuvering stake for someone bigger for a potential action...

I feel a bit better that they did not discard any shares. I bet they are some of the large sellers sitting real high to make the sell side look bad.

Just my opinion, not long now.
